Babies like this are why I love being a Moreno Valley newborn photographer! I was so excited to meet this little guy. I did maternity pictures for his parents in January, so I’ve been looking forward to seeing little Samuel in my studio. He was everything I hoped and more—and I know his mom and dad feel exactly the same!
Samuel was an absolutely dream while he was wrapped. Newborns often love to be swaddled, so I usually start my sessions with wrapped shots so baby can relax and feel nice and comfortable. One of the many tricks of the trade I’ve learned. 😉
Because he was such a happy baby, we were able to go through multiple poses easily and get a nice variety of images. Even gave me some smiles!
As a Moreno Valley newborn photographer I’m always expanding my collection of props and outfits so I can continue to provide my clients with a truly unique and customized experience. This wooden moon prop is a new acquisition and Samuel was my first baby to use it. Judging by the contented look on his face I’d say it was a hit, wouldn’t you?
Once we transitioned to unwrapped poses, Samuel wanted to be awake. Not a problem! My newborn photo sessions are always baby-led, so I’m happy to work with whatever baby is feeling at the moment. Since he was clearly wide awake we decided to do some baby mug shots. Love all the cute expressions!
So glad I got to meet this sweet little guy, and record all his adorableness! His parents ordered a beautiful 10x10 signature album of their finished photos--what a treasure that will be to their family.
